Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness. With the goal of preventing illness and promoting physical fitness, practitioners perform various routines comprising a number of different dance-like exercises.




Equilibrium is a workout that includes Yoga & Pilate’s that builds flexibility and strength leaving you feeling relaxed and calm.

Equilibrium will help you learn to control your breathing, concentration and to carefully carry out a series of stretches, moves and poses to music which brings the body in to a state of relaxation.




There's more to Pilates than developing strong abs or core strength. Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture.



Indoor Cycle

Indoor Cycle is a high intensity studio class where you will cycle to music on a stationary bike. You will have an instructor at the front of the class who is there to help motivate you in an energized environment




Circuits is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. This class has an instructor who will there be there to keep you motivated while making sure form is correct at all time. All abilities are welcome as you can go at your own level.



Cardio & Tone

Challenging body sculpting class designed to increase strength and muscle tone using a variety of equipment, targeting all major muscle groups. Resistance training combined with short bursts of cardio drills. All abilities are welcome.



GF Strength

GF Strength is a weight based class which challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. This class uses up to date music to keep you motivated throughout.



Legs Bums and Tums

Legs Bums and Tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up your thighs, bum and stomach. This is great for those who want to lose weight or who simply want to increase their fitness levels with a motivated group of people




Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.




Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin music and easy-to-follow dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training. Zumba's fans say it's so popular because Zumba is a fun way to work out.



Sweat & Tone

Sweat & Tone is a non-impact class with a low to moderate intensity exercise program that will help you to condition your body the way you would like it to be.



Street Dance

Street dance is designed to give fun filled sessions where you will learn to let go and express yourself to the music being played. You will understand rhythm, coordination for the basic’s as well as more challenging moves and groves, which will be grouped in energetic street dance routines you can practice and perform.



Cardio Blitz

Cardio Blitz is a high energy class with high and low impact moves which combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises to help tone and shape your body.




A step class is an aerobic fitness class which is designed to provide people with cardio and strength training. This is a great workout for your body as it gets your heart and lungs in shape and tones your body.



GF Katabox

GF Katabox is a fun cardio workout where you will have a high intensity workout which will include a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. This is a great class if you want to relieve stress and raise your heart rate.
